We have two 4′ x 4′ window openings and a french door that open and look into our backyard living space and we decided to make them picture windows and a large french style open glass sliding door. They were installed by two very hard working and qualified young men, within a few hours of the day, that included removing the 2 windows that were there and the door frame and opening and reworking it. It all not only looks great, and gives us the view and door access to our yard, but everything is installed perfectly, no gaps, and the door is perfect which is not easy with a really bid glass door. We can not say enough good things about our overall experience with Window world as a company and our windows are perfect.

We love our new windows and sliding door. Russ, the sales rep was great to work with and the installers did an awesome job. We took out windows and replaced with sliding doors and took out a door and replaced with a window and the installers were great to work with through the whole process. They worked hard to get everything right.

Wow! We had very old windows that leaked air. Last summer it was impossible to get the house cooler than 80 during the day. Had Window World of Lexington replace all of them. They were installed 4 days ago and I’m happy to say I wake up every morning freezing!!! From the salesman that came to our home to the 2 men that did the installation Window World was a pleasure to work with. New windows are a major expense. I had 3 companies come to give us prices. Not only were the prices of Window World fantastic but they didn’t try to sell me more than I needed. I don’t live in Anchorage or Miami! I have the perfect windows for Central Kentucky with beautiful finishing touches. With my new windows and the shutters I ordered from them it looks like a completely different house. I think you’ll be very pleased if you call Window World. We are!

Very pleasant experience with Window World from beginning to end. I had siding installed on the eaves of my brick home installed and also had siding around the house, gutters and shutters installed. I had many questions and the sales associate was patient and informative. The work began ahead of schedule and was completed in a very timely manner. I received 4 estimates before choosing Window World. The estimates were all within $100 – $500 within each other. I choose Window World because of their professionalism. I would recommend Window World to others.

A few years back we had them come & install new windows, vinyl wrap all soffits and install new leafless gutters. They did an awesome job & have been extremely quick to respond to questions/concerns. Earlier this year we renovated our house and wanted new storm doors. As they did previously, the doors were ordered & installed in record time and look GREAT! I also appreciate that they follow-up with you after installation to make sure everything meets with your approval and to remind you to call them with any concerns or questions at any time. I highly recommend Window World & will not hesitate to call them FIRST the next time I need their services!

Our heating unit is right outside of one of the 4 windows we have in our bedroom, and I must say before we could hear the unit come on. So now since our new windows were installed that noise from the heating & air unit is no more. I would highly recommend Window World to all friends looking to upgrade. Thank you for a job well done.

We appreciate the quality of products Window World installed. They answered all of our questions. The service contractors were professional and friendly. They worked in a timely manner and cleaned up any trash and debris. The new windows, doors, siding and gutters have totally changed the look of the house for better. I only wish we had taken pictures to show the difference. We thank the Window World team and we recommend them to others wanting to improve the looks and the energy benefits of adding new windows and siding.

Good company. Very professional. We had 13 windows and a sliding door installed in one day. They did very neat work and cleaned up the mess as they went through the house. Very well made windows. They showed the wife how the windows and sliding door works and features. They addressed any concerns I had on the spot. Highly recommend these guys.

I am very happy with the service that Window World of Lexington provided. I replaced most all the windows in a house. They were not standard size. Window World came out twice to make sure the measurements were correct before installation. They showed up on time and were very clean. It took two days which was what I was expecting. They were very courteous. I am very happy so far with the quality of the windows. Love that the screen is built into the window and can be removed. Love the guarantee that comes with the windows. A great experience!
