How do I schedule an estimate for my new windows?
You can schedule a free in-home estimate by filling out a form on our website or calling your local Window World location. After we have received your information, a Window World representative will schedule a time that works best for you to discuss your home improvement needs.
To schedule your virtual consultation, simply fill out the form and a Window World representative will be in touch via email to set up your appointment and provide information about connecting.
What is a virtual consultation?
A virtual consultation is our way of practicing social distancing and self-isolation while still allowing you to keep your home improvement projects moving.
During your virtual consultation, you will talk one-on-one, via video chat, with a Window World design consultant. He or she will discuss your home project, your goals, and help you determine which Window World products and styles will help you meet those goals.

What type of warranty is available for my windows?
All of our Window World replacement windows come with a limited lifetime warranty. However a double lifetime “transferable”, lifetime glass breakage, lifetime seal failure, and installation warranties are available. Learn More
What do I do if there is a problem with the windows?
Most of the issues encountered by our customers are easily corrected and don’t necessarily mean that there is a problem with your window. In the rare occasion that you do have a problem with your Window World replacement windows, we recommend that you visit our Virtual Repair Center or contact your local Window World representatives. Installation
Do you install replacement windows year-round? If so, will I lose a lot of heat/cooling at the time of installation?
Window World installs replacement windows year-round. A standard install will take only one day. Our installers install one window at a time and are trained to do whatever necessary to minimize heating/cooling loss. What does “Any Size, Installed” mean?
The term “Any Size” refers to any size replacement double hung window our manufacturer will construct. Currently this is a minimum width and height of 15″ X 26″ and a maximum of 48″ X 78″. “Installed” refers to the removal of a basic double-hung wooden window and installing your new Window World double hung replacement window, using the existing wooden stops. Will the replacement windows be installed from the inside or outside?
The majority of our replacement windows are installed from the inside. In some situations it may be necessary to install from the outside. Learn More
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Your replacement windows will be installed within 4-8 weeks from the date that the final measurements are taken. The type of replacement window being installed and type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to install your replacement windows. On average each window takes about 30 minutes. How can I prepare my house for my replacement windows?
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation. Learn More
What happens to my old windows?
After installing your new replacement windows we remove every bit of debris from your property and dispose of it properly. If you wish to keep your old windows, glass or storm windows, please notify the installer as soon as he arrives for your installation. Learn More
